Case Content
PAW cannot and does not verify every case submitted. This is what allows the discovery and reporting of cases to scale. Users are responsible for:
- independently assess situations
- exercise judgment before taking action
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant PAW a license to use, display, and distribute content for platform operation. You are solely responsible for your content.
No Guarantees
PAW is a platform for connection. We do not guarantee:
- that help will be provided
- the outcome of any case
- the actions of other users
- uninterrupted service
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PAW is not liable for:
- actions or omissions of users
- injury, loss, or damages arising from case interactions
- any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PAW against claims arising from::
- your use of the platform
- your content
- your violation of these Terms
Account Suspension
